Well - I tried doing a new years day banner - I'd just finished an age's worth of colour coding, etc. when my computer decided to crash. >.> (Don't worry, it won't happen when my dad finally buys a Mac).
Then, I decided that there wasn't really any point me putting it up - it would just be not worth it, because you wouldn't be able to view the forums, and it would be kind of a tease, I feel.

I hope you all had a merry christmas! I was tempted to do a really spiffy christmas skin, but I'll make a New Years Day one, instead (if I can find the time), so you should make sure you see that - I'll email you if I decide to do it. ^^

Normally, around this time of year, I'd arrange some fun activities to take place, but due to the site's current Hiatus mode, that is obviously not going to be happening this year.

I hope you all had some great presents (I know I like my Japanese, 'Maneki Neko' charm! ^^), and that you got stuffed from your specially made christmas dinner.

*Squee* my first news post.
I've been full of ideas for the forum. ^^ Likewise, for the site, although I haven't started making that yet. I'm intending on dealing with the forum, as much as I can, first. I'm pretty pleased with how the graphics are going- those of you who can see animations on you computer may find the site a little more interesting when it opens up again, without being overloaded with animations.

I've changed the banner, I already made the background, while xXSandstormXx owned the forum, I've altered the 'New Posts' and 'No New Posts' icons, but I'm thinking of changing them again, because they look pretty... Well... Crappy.

I can't really say much else, without confusing the normal human being, unlike myself. =P

xXSandstormXx here, with a gigantic apology (and some good news and bad news).
No - before you ask - I have NOT closed the site, which is the good news.
The bad news is that I'm leaving this site. I'm my account and site to my good friend, who I could trust with my life; she will take over the site on the 23rd of December. She will certainly keep the site active, and send it soaring to heights which I would never be able to reach.
She will also be opening up a graphics site, which will also be a help site to this, too.
I really will miss you, you are all fantastic people.

Gee whiz! It's been a while since there's been an update. I'd like to welcome all of the site's first few members. You're all so fantastic! ;D

I'd like to welcome Polarstar as a moderator of the site. Congratulations, Polarstar!

I'm going to start the Member of the Month voting, and the Book Review competition. I can't really start the Cat of the Month, since we haven't really began roleplaying that much. So, please, roleplay as much as you can. I do appreciate that some of you are alone in your Clans, so everyone, try and make one character in each Clan, or something.

Can I remind everyone that the gathering will be soon?

When the gathering starts, ALL cats may come, and may also play as any random character that doesn't exist, since there isn't that many cats. Make sure you don't play as an existing character, which belongs to someone else, though!

Let the voting for Member of the Month, and the Book Review of the Month competition, begin!

Guess what? I finished the site earlier than I expected - so it's now opened IMMEDIATELY!!! :D

I have made up my mind on an opening date!!! The site will be officially open on the 1st of November - this Saturday! Isn't that exciting? I've still got quite a lot to do, so I'm going to have to work like a Trojan to get this site finished properly.

Even though this is probably a thrilling thought to any of you readers out there, it's a mortifying thought for me - but I am determined to open this site soon for any of you out there. So, any ideas, or ways to help busy me, will be VERY much appreciated; if you have any ideas, please email me at mae_daydream@hotmail.co.uk. ^^

Can't wait to open the site - can wait for the work, though. ;)
